Our experience working with Wendy in the sale of our condominium apartment at the Harrison Building on the UWS of NYC was seamless.

Wendy is a consummate professional. The reason for my assessment is not solely, based on the fact that she was able to obtain the highest price per square foot in our building and setting a new record for the Harrison.

It is the method to her process of how she was able to manage our expectations as sellers in a competitive marketplace and the strategy to best price point our apartment.

Other brokers had assessed it significantly higher but we felt unrealistically. Buyers do not want to see a unit that is so far above comparable units and the concept of a discounted price dilutes and devaluates the perception of what the apartment is really worth. Her philosophy of not over but realistic pricing was important to attract serious buyers who believed they were getting a great value. We were able to sell our apartment within 10 days and had received five bids the first weekend of the open house. She exceeded our expectations and we were able to sell our beautiful condominium at above asking price.

Selling an apartment can be a stressful process and she made it as painless as possible. She knows her business and may I say craft; t’s not just about the sale, but guiding and assuring all parties through an important decision in one’s life.
